Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Genesis K-12 Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and student accounts.

Genesis K-12 Academy provides a faith-based homeschool engineering curriculum for middle school students, including video lessons, interactive content, lab activities, and an AI-powered study assistant. Access requires a paid enrollment.

Parents and guardians create the primary account. Student accounts are created by and linked to a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

By accepting these terms, parents and guardians confirm they are at least 18 years old and consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy, including on behalf of any student under their account. No student under 13 may create an independent account without a linked parent account.

You agree not to: (a) share account credentials with non-enrolled users; (b) reproduce or distribute course content without written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform; or (d) use the AI study assistant to generate content unrelated to the enrolled curriculum.

Enrollment fees are processed through Stripe. The Platform bundle includes access to all enrolled courses and any included physical kit shipment. Contact us at team@gk12academy.com within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All course content, lesson materials, interactive widgets, and branding are owned by Genesis Education Solutions and protected by copyright. Your enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only.

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be error-free at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Education Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify enrolled users of material changes via email.
