Genesis K-12 Academy

Our Story

Faith based Engineering.

Genesis K-12 Academy was built on a simple conviction: that the same God who created the laws of physics also calls us to understand and steward them well.

Our Mission

Created to Create™

Our goal is to cultivate the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to create a better, Christ-centered world. We believe homeschool students deserve access to rigorous, faith-integrated engineering education; the kind that builds real skills and genuine wonder at the same time.

The Framework

What is Creationeering™?

Creationeering™ is the practice of applying math, science, engineering, and business thinking to design solutions that serve others — all grounded in a Biblical worldview. It is engineering with a purpose beyond the project.

Rather than teaching subjects in isolation, the Creationeering™ framework integrates all four disciplines into every module. Students see how math explains the science, how science enables the engineering, and how engineering decisions are always shaped by real-world business constraints — and by the conviction that the laws governing matter were authored by God.

01

Math

The language of creation. Students develop fluency in the quantitative reasoning that underlies every engineering decision.

02

Science

Understanding the physical world God designed. Students observe, experiment, and discover the principles embedded in creation.

03

Engineering

Applying math and science to solve real problems. Students design, build, test, and iterate like practicing engineers.

04

Business

Every solution serves someone. Students learn to think about cost, procurement, and the real-world constraints engineers navigate.

Dr. Mark F. Horstemeyer, Ph.D.

God is the Master Engineer. The Creationeering system helps students recognize His designs and emulate them in their own creations.
